“We opted to take a private tour which cost us multiple over than the normal price for this tour in order to meet our ship departure time. Unfortunately, the day before the scheduled day for the tour. the operator contested that that the tour was private and was planning on having another guest on the tour with us to which we objected. He later apologized after we have told him how much we had paid for this tour when then he redeemed the situation by sending on a private taxi with its nice guide driver. Thereafter, the tour proceeding very well.. The pre-start was unsavory but the end was good.…”
